Refund policy

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused, unworn, and resalable condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and indicate the product you would like to exchange for.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.
